At globalsoccerusa.com we are committed to ensuring that you are 100% satisfied with not only our service but the items you order. To make sure you are happy with your order we give you a full 30 days after delivery date to return eligible items for a refund or store credit.
We ask that you carefully try on all gear indoors. Do not remove tags or lose packaging. If your item doesn’t fit or simply does not meet your expectations, place it in original packaging, and visit our returns portal here:
TO MAKE SURE THE ITEM YOU RETURN IS IN BRAND NEW, RE-SELLABLE CONDITION OUR RETURNS DEPARTMENT CHECK FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- Any signs of wear, this includes but is not limited to: grass stains, dirt, markings of any kind, odors or scuffs.
- All apparel must have it’s original tags attached. Without tags returns will not be accepted.
- All footwear must be sent back in the original box. Please do not ship the footwear in the footwear box itself, make sure to use a shipping box. Shoes sent in the shoe box alone will not be accepted.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
- Customized jerseys: This includes jerseys with your personal name and/or number, or a jersey with a Pro’s name and number. All customized jerseys are ineligible for returns.
- Customized/team items, club/team orders, large quantity orders cannot be returned.
- Final Sale Items: Some items that have been heavily marked down are listed as final sale items. These items are not eligible for returns.
- Warm up suit parts – any item sold as a set must be returned as a set.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
- Refunds are processed 6-10 business days after we receive and inspect your package.
- Refunds are made in the same form as the original payment received.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- You will receive an email when your refund is processed.

We are unable to refund return shipping costs. If an error was made on our part, we will email you a label to be used at no cost to you.
Goals or other large field equipment that ship from manufacturers must be returned to them directly. Please contact us in order to receive specific instructions and address information.
All items we receive here have gone through extensive quality control inspections by their manufacturers which means we rarely receive defective items. Our shoes, balls, jerseys and all other equipment are subjected to the tough and rigorous nature of the game and therefore the wear and tear of these items is inevitable. Only a very small percentage of items are truly defective. Defects in items will generally show within 60 days of initial use. We will give you a total of 90 days to submit a claim for a defective item. If approved we will give you a globalsoccerusa.com credit for the purchase price of the item. THE FOLLOWING CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR ITEMS DEEMED DEFECTIVE:
0-45 Days = 100% of Purchase Price
46-90 Days = 50% of Purchase Price
After 90 Days = No Credit
Items with extended manufacturer warranties will of course be honored.
